In our Tooling & Molding Workshop, we design and craft high-precision steel molds. These molds then give life to our robust cases through Injection Molding, using advanced PP-alloy materials for superior impact resistance and structural integrity.
In our Custom Foam Fabrication area, Protection is personalized,CNC machines precisely cut EVA foam liners to create perfect cavities for any equipment. Each insert is hand-finished to ensure a secure, scratch-free fit for your sensitive instruments.
Sealing the promise of protection. Our Automatic Sealant Application process guarantees a consistent, waterproof barrier.
Finally, in the Assembly & Quality Control section, every case undergoes rigorous fitting, hardware installation, and final inspection.

Injection molding machines for indoor & outdoor Protective Cases
Our injection molding workshop is equipped with 28 injection molding machines and an automatic glue dispensing machine. With machines ranging from 90 to 2200 tons, we have a daily production capacity of approximately 12,000 plastic parts.
